Unbelievable

“I have loved you with an everlasting love and with loving kindness have I drawn you.”Jeremiah 31:3. Way before we decide to come to Christ, He is already at work in our hearts, the urge or the decision to come to Him is but the response to His luring(appealing) in our hearts."Acts 5:31 'Him has God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.' Repentance is as much the gift of Christ as is forgiveness, and it cannot be found in the heart where Jesus has not been at work. We can no more repent without the Spirit of Christ to awaken the conscience than we can be pardoned without Christ."

When we see this love which is after us, that is everlasting, that’s it’s beautiful, that it caused him even to die for our sins and in coming to Him we receive forgiveness and peace and we are considered as if we had never sinned before, this "sight of Him attracts, it softens and subdues the soul. Love awakens in the heart of the beholders. They hear His voice, and they follow Him".{Desire of Ages p480}
